How it works

When you choose Subscribe & Save you authorize Dorellini to ship the boxes you selected at the frequency you choose (every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 1 month, 45 days, 60 days or 90 days) and to charge the payment method on file for each shipment, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.

What you pay

The subscription price is the regular price minus the discount shown at checkout: 5% for one box, 10% for two boxes, 15% for three or more boxes per shipment. Shipping is free. The price of a future shipment can change only if we notify you by email at least 30 days before the renewal.

When you are charged

Your first order is charged at checkout. Each later charge happens on the renewal date shown in your account, when the next shipment is prepared. You receive a reminder email before every renewal.

Changing, skipping, pausing and cancelling

You can change flavors, skip a shipment, pause or cancel at any time from your account at dorellini.com/account or by emailing ciao@dorellini.com. Changes made before the renewal date apply to the next shipment; a shipment already charged follows our Refund Policy.

Availability

If a flavor is unavailable we will contact you before the renewal to replace it or skip the shipment.
