These little rings have been part of everyday life in Puglia for generations. We didn't set out to improve them — we set out to share them, without changing what makes them worth sharing.

Dorellini is a baked snack, made the way taralli have always been made in Puglia — flour, white wine, olive and sunflower oil, a pinch of salt, oven-baked until crisp. The label reads like a recipe, because that's all it is.
